The data migration activity which started (last night)[https://salescandy.statuspage.io/incidents/wqc6kgg4rp3z] will be continued from midnight tonight. So far approximately 70% of all data was migrated and we are optimistic that the remaining data can be migrated in one more session.

Contrary to yesterday's notice, we were able to proceed with the data migration without disabling lead routing and with relatively light performance impact for most of the duration of the activity.

However, the migration was going well until around 6.30AM when the database cluster automatically scaled out due to the peak load of the data migration, but the cluster experienced an error and became trapped in mid-transition with only half the cluster's nodes having achieved the desired configuration. This resulted in a performance bottleneck which prolonged the migration process and impacted users' search and query performance, which we had to endure until 1.30PM when our cloud service provider's technical support team was able to reset the cluster and allow it to complete the scale-out process.

We hope tonight's session will run more smoothly without similar issues cropping up.
