Critical bug: Routing system issue causing users not able to accept leads

This morning we received reports of a large number of users experiencing problems accepting leads that are routed to them. We have identified this issue was caused by a data structure change made some new code deployed last night (9 March 2022) which triggered a validation error when users accept leads.

We have now fixed the bug and observe the system is now operating normally.
