We will be performing a database migration for a system upgrade at 15 July 2021, 3AM - 4AM MYT (9PM-10PM UTC).

During the migration, all write and update functions to the core management database and lead routing will be disabled. This is necessary to prevent data from changing while we migrate it to the new database.

Users may be logged out or denied access to the mobile app and manager portal during this time, and may need to login again after the migration. Most manager portal functionalities will not be available.

This change does not impact leads and leadlogs functionalities as they do not depend on this database. All lead sources and updates from mobile app will function normally.

As the migration involves TLS security certificate changes, some functionalities may be impacted temporarily until the change is propagated to all functions. Unfortunately we have observed that due to some factors beyond our control, some functions may be unavailable up to one hour.

Full write and update functionality will be restored after the data migration is completed.
