Our 3rd party provider, Twilio's SMS carrier partner in Malaysia is conducting a planned maintenance from 28 December 2022 at 00:00 MYT until 28 December 2022 at 05:00 MYT. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to and from Malaysia handsets via subset of Shortcodes.
This means users requesting SMS OTPs for Malaysia mobile numbers may experience delays receiving the SMS.
